Their clothing has gone to Shein quality, loose buttons, different length sleeves and garments arriving with damage and pulls in them.

I have never been so disgusted with a company in all my life. I have had to do a visa dispute with my bank, I have also contacted Citizens Advice who have told me they are reporting Zara to Trading Standards due to the way they conduct themselves. Some of their policy is pretty straight-forward and other parts are a TOTAL head scratcher. I have over £100 of money that I am now out of pocket by. Which is probably why they have removed their contact number and you can only speak to a robot who copies and pastes the same paragraphs over and over. As with many others on here, Zara appear to make their money by stealing customers refunds.
